How we use the information supplied when registering for the 2026 Children & Teenagers' Conference.
How your registration information is used
RCCG His Majesty's Sanctuary uses the details supplied on the conference registration form only to organise and safely run the Children & Teenagers' Conference.
This includes managing attendance, planning catering, contacting parents or guardians where needed, supporting safeguarding and emergency arrangements, and preparing for any dietary or additional-support needs you choose to tell us about.
Who can see the information
Registration information is available only to authorised HMS organisers who need it for the conference and to the secure services used to operate the registration system. It will not be published, sold or used for unrelated marketing.
Photography and video
Photography and video permission is requested separately and is optional. Choosing not to give photography or video permission will not affect attendance.
After the conference
Registration information will be reviewed after the conference and removed when it is no longer needed for organising the event. Where an incident or safeguarding matter requires a record to be kept, that information may be retained for longer.
