How we use your registration information

We use the details supplied on this form only to organise and safely run the 2026 Children & Teenagers' Conference. This includes managing attendance, planning catering, contacting parents or guardians where needed, supporting safeguarding and emergency arrangements, and preparing for dietary or additional-support needs.

Only authorised HMS organisers who need the information for the conference, and the secure services used to operate the registration system, can access it. It will not be published, sold or used for unrelated marketing. Registration information will be removed when it is no longer needed after the conference.

Photography and video permission is separate and optional. Choosing not to give permission will not affect attendance.
